There's a new executive in charge at Aquatica.
Busch Entertainment Corp. today named Rick Beddow, a former director of operations at SeaWorld Orlando, the vice president in charge of the resort’s sister water park
Beddow has been with Busch Entertainment since 1982, with assignments including posts at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Sesame Place in Pennsylvania and Busch corporate. He has served as executive assistant to the president of Busch Entertainment since January 2008.
Before arriving at Busch, Beddow spent seven years with Ford Aerospace, a division of Ford Motor Co.
“We’re looking forward to another outstanding year at Aquatica. And with Rick at the helm, Aquatica will continue to be the standard for all water parks,” Dan Brown, general manager of SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica, said in a prepared statement.
